Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Aella Jewelry Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with a carrier claim.
