If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Aella Jewelry Co. offers returns for store credit or refund to the original payment method within 14 days of delivery, subject to the guidelines below.

Eligible Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Earrings
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Mystery boxes
  • Custom or engraved items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns
  • Aella Jewelry Co. covers shipping for damaged or incorrect orders

60-Day Tarnish-Free Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.

If your piece tarnishes under normal wear within 60 days, contact us and we will replace it.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches or dents
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage from harsh chemicals, improper care, or misuse
